Terms of Use
This is a plain-language draft written for the Schema team. Fill in the details and have it reviewed before you publish it. It is not legal advice.
Using Schema
Schema is a calendar app for Mac. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Schema.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for your Google account, your Nexus account, and for keeping your passwords safe. Your calendar events belong to you and remain in the services where you keep them. When you edit an event in Schema, the change is made in your Google calendar.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Schema to break the law or to harm, harass or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, or to disrupt the service.
- Usernames and profile content must not be misleading, offensive or infringe anyone’s rights. We may change or remove them.
Plans
Schema is free to use. Some features may be offered in a paid plan called Black. Prices, billing terms and refunds will be shown before you buy. Features may change over time.
No warranty
Schema is provided “as is”. Calendars are important, so please keep your events in a service you trust and check important times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed events, lost data, or indirect damages from using Schema.
Ending use
You can stop using Schema at any time and ask us to delete your Nexus account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Questions: support@schemacal.com.
